During his 20+ years at Evercore, Naveen Nataraj has advised on many high-profile transactions, including technology, media, and telecommunications transactions totaling roughly $600 billion in value. And at UBS, Robert Karofsky has successfully reshaped the investment bank, realigning efforts around clients’ evolving needs, focusing resources on opportunities for profitable growth, and reinvesting in the bank’s digital transformation.

1. Viswas Raghavan, JPMorgan Chase
Title: Chief Executive Officer, Europe, Middle East, and Africa and Co-Head of Global Investment Banking

Viswas Raghavan fills dual positions for JPMorgan as its Chief Executive Officer of all Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) operations as well as Co-Head of the firm's Global Investment Banking business. He oversees the bank’s EMEA business specifically in asset management and private banking while also handling corporate and investment bank matters. He joined JPMorgan in 2000 from Lehman Brothers, initially to lead its equity-linked and derivatives capital markets business for European and Asian territories.

Prior to his appointment to his current roles, Raghavan held the post of deputy CEO of JPMorgan’s EMEA division. He has since held a variety of senior jobs at the bank, including Head of International Capital Markets and Global Head of Equity Capital Markets. He initially qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young—it was then that he started thinking about a career in investment banking.

Raghavan studied physics at the University of Bombay before completing a postgraduate degree in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science at Aston University; he was also awarded an honorary doctorate in science from Aston University.

 

2. Jim Casey, JPMorgan Chase
Title: Co-Head of Global Investment Banking

An early 2020 staffing shake-up at JPMorgan Chase resulted in Jim Casey becoming a new Co-Head of the company’s Global Investment Banking division. He had previously been a frequently cited source of expertise, and often quoted in financial publications, during his long tenure as the leader of the debt-underwriting unit. Both Casey and his co-head, Viswas Raghavan, report directly to Global Investment Banking Executive Chair Carlos Hernandez.

Those recent adjustments to JPMorgan’s top brass structuring in the division reflect the inherent value that senior staffers bring, meaning their retention amid tough competition from attractive boutique firms offering roles with more entrepreneurial qualities is key to continued success. Casey has also served as Co-Head of Global Debt Capital at JPMorgan. Beginning in November 2004, he was Deputy Head of leveraged finance, global structured credit, derivatives marketing, public finance, and municipal bonds for the firm.

 

3. Thomas Sheehan, Bank of America Merrill Lynch
Title: Head of Investment Banking

Thomas Sheehan is Head of Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch (recently rechristened BofA Securities). Sheehan was made the sole Head in May 2021, having worked as Co-Head of the investment banking division for two years. Under Sheehan’s guidance, Bank of America realized record-breaking investment banking profits tied to innovative banking and record fees. Sheehan also led Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s aggressive expansion since the outset of the 2020s, helping the firm build out its team into new regions and break into the $9 trillion public pension fund market.

Before helming the Bank of America Merrill Lynch investment banking unit, Sheehan was first Co-Head, then sole Head of healthcare investment banking for five years. He had previously worked as the head of healthcare investment banking with Morgan Stanley for nearly two decades, leading that firm’s healthcare investments from London and New York from 1995 until 2014.

 

4. Tyler Dickson, Citigroup
Title: Global Co-Head of Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory

Citigroup combined their Equity and Debt Capital Markets businesses in 2007, and Tyler Dickson was appointed Global Head of the newly combined unit after finding success as the company’s Head of Global Equity Capital markets for three years. His responsibilities were therefore expanded to include Securitized Products, Structured Finance, Agency & Trust, and Depositary Receipts Services. Then, in mid-2018, he was appointed Co-Head of Citi’s newly combined Capital Markets and Corporate & Investment Banking businesses.

Over the past 17 years, Dickson has gained vast experience and expertise while overseeing a wide range of Global Banking and Global Equities functions for Citigroup. His pre-Citi career includes joining Salomon Brothers in 1989, where he worked in the M&A department prior to joining the equity department in 1991. Dickson led Salomon Brothers’ convertible and equity derivatives capital markets group, called Salomon Smith Barney’s U.S. Equity Capital Markets Origination Group, and later Citigroup’s U.S. Equity Capital Markets Group, prior to assuming Global Equity Markets responsibilities. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College.

 

5. Daniel B. Mendelow, Evercore
Title: Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Advisory

Daniel B. Mendelow is a Senior Managing Director in the corporate advisory business of Evercore and also serves as Co-Head of U.S. Advisory. Mendelow’s work with the company entails advising communications, technology, and media clients on M&A, restructuring, and capital raising transactions. He has been with the company for more than two decades.

Mendelow came to Evercore after a stint as VP of Corporate Development for FirstMark Communications Europe, which had operations in France, Germany, Spain, and Switzerland, and constructed a pan-European fiber optic backbone with wireless local loop and DSL access networks. Mendelow was also an analyst at BT Wolfensohn (Deutsche Bank) at the outset of his career. In 2012, Mendelow was named by Multichannel News to its “40 Under 40” class of young leaders. Mendelow graduated from Princeton University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.

 

6. Jason Sobol, Evercore
Title: Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Advisory

Jason Sobol is a Senior Managing Director of Evercore’s corporate advisory business and also Co-Head of U.S. Advisory. In these roles, he focuses on advising companies in the information, software, and media sectors. During his time with the company, Sobol has given crucial guidance on a broad range of IPOs, spinoffs, capital raises, and restructurings.

Prior to joining Evercore, Sobol was Vice President of Acquisitions for the Davis Companies, the holding company for Marvin Davis-controlled entities focusing on private equity and leveraged buyout opportunities, primarily in media and entertainment. He was also a Principal of Stone Canyon Venture Partners, the Davis family’s venture fund. His earlier career includes a position as Senior Director of Business Development for LAUNCH.com, which was acquired by Yahoo! He had previously been a member of the M&A group of Goldman Sachs & Co. Sobol was named to the 2014 Multichannel News “40 Under 40” list and the 2013 Crain’s New York Business 2013 class of “40 Under 40.” He earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in Economics from Harvard University.

 

7. Naveen Nataraj, Evercore
Title: Senior Managing Director and Co-Head of U.S. Advisory

Naveen Nataraj has served as a Co-Head of Evercore’s expansive U.S. Advisory business for two years, in addition to acting as a member of the firm’s management committee and the Senior Managing Director in its technology, media & telecommunications investment banking practice. During his 20+ years at Evercore, Nataraj has advised TMT clients in transactions totaling roughly $600 billion in value. High-profile transactions he has been integral in advising on include guiding Qualcomm in its successful $147 billion hostile defense against Broadcom and its $46 billion attempt to acquire NXP Semiconductors, as well as the $27 billion sale of Dell to Michael Dell and Silverlake Partners.

Prior to Evercore, Nataraj was a founding partner for Saturn Ventures, Vice President of Sandler Capital Management, and a Financial Analyst for Bear Sterns & Co. He graduated from the University of Rochester and has served on the board of trustees and chaired the investment committee of the university’s endowment. He also sits on the board of the March of Dimes.

 

8. James Esposito, Goldman Sachs
Title: Global Co-Head of Investment Banking Division

James Esposito is the Global Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division (IBD) of Goldman Sachs. He also serves on the Management Committee, European Management Committee, Firmwide Risk Council, and is Co-Chair of the Partnership Committee. Founded in 1869, Goldman Sachs is an American multinational investment bank and financial services company headquartered in New York City, and one of the two largest in the world by revenue.

Esposito is a veteran member of the Goldman Sachs organization, joining the firm as a salesperson in 1995 and being named Managing Director in 2002 and Partner in 2006. In his most recent previous role, Esposito served as Global Co-Head of the firm’s global markets division. He has also served as a leader in the global financing group, EMEA financing group, and investment banking division. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Political Science from Brown University.

 

9. Dan Dees, Goldman Sachs
Title: Global Co-Head of Investment Banking Division

Dan Dees is the Global Co-Head of the Investment Banking Division (IBD) of Goldman Sachs, an American multinational investment bank and financial services company. Founded in 1869, Goldman Sachs is one of the two largest investment banks in the world by revenue and a Fortune 500 institution. Dees is also a member of the firm’s Management Committee, IBD Executive Committee, and IBD Growth Investment Committee.

Dees is a 30-year member of the Goldman Sachs organization, joining the firm in 1992 in the corporate finance group within IBD and then moving to the capital markets department in 1994. After being named Managing Director in 2001 and Partner in 2004, he served in leadership roles in the firm’s Asia Pacific practice and later in the technology, media, and telecommunications group. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Duke University.

 

10. Peter Orszag, Lazard
Title: Chief Executive Officer of Financial Advisory

Since 2019, Peter Orszag has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Financial Advisory at Lazard, a global financial advisory and asset management firm with a nearly 175-year history of providing client with exceptional service. Founded in 1848, Lazard specializes in investment banking, asset management, and other financial services, primarily with institutional clients, and is the world's largest independent investment bank.

Orszag joined Lazard in 2016 as a Vice Chairman of Investment Banking before climbing the ranks to his current position. He also served as the Head of North American Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Co-Head of Healthcare. Orszag served as the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and Director of the Congressional Budget Office in the Obama administration. He holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Princeton University and a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science.

 

11. Mark Eichorn, Morgan Stanley
Title: Global Co-Head of Investment Banking

Mark Eichorn is Global Co-Head of Investment Banking for Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment management and financial services company headquartered in New York City. Eichorn also serves as a member of Morgan Stanley’s Management and Operating Committees. With offices in more than 41 countries and more than 75,000 employees, Morgan Stanley's clients include corporations, governments, institutions, and individuals.

In 1993, Eichorn joined Morgan Stanley as an Associate in mergers and acquisition (M&A), serving in various roles in the department for the first 15 years of his career. Prior to assuming his current leadership role, he was Managing Director and Head of M&A in the Americas region. He also previously served as Vice President and Executive Director of the same division. He holds a Bachelor’s degree from Harvard University.

 

12. Susan Huang, Morgan Stanley
Title: Global Co-Head of Investment Banking

Susan Huang is Vice Chairman and Global Co-Head of Investment Banking with Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment management and financial services company headquartered in New York City. With offices in more than 41 countries and more than 75,000 employees, Morgan Stanley's clients include corporations, governments, institutions, and individuals. Huang is also a member of the firm’s Operating and Management Committees.

In the course of her 30-plus-year career with Morgan Stanley, Huang has held many positions of leadership and influence. She joined the firm in 1984 as a Financial Analyst before becoming an Associate in mergers and acquisitions in 1990. Later, she worked in the firm’s Hong Kong office and was named Managing Director in 1999. She holds a Bachelor’s in History from Dartmouth College and a Juris Doctor-Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.

 

13. Paul Compton, Barclays Bank PLC
Title: Global Head of the Corporate and Investment Bank

Paul Compton is the Global Head of the Corporate and Investment Bank (CIB), President of Barclays Bank PLC, and a member of the firm’s Group Executive Committee. He also leads Barclays’ Investment Banking, Global Markets, Research, and Corporate Banking businesses and is in charge of delivering Barclays’ successful CIB growth plan. Barclays is a British multinational universal bank headquartered in London, England, providing advisory, financing, and risk management services to large companies, institutions, and government clients.

Previously, Compton served as the Global Head of Investment Banking and Co-President of Barclays Bank PLC. Before he joined the firm in 2016, he served for nearly two decades in a variety of senior roles at JPMorgan Chase, including as Chief Financial Officer. He also spent 10 years as a Principal at Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Queensland, Australia.

 

14. Brad Raymond, Stifel Financial
Title: Global Head of Investment Banking

Stifel Financial’s Global Head of Investment Banking, Brad Raymond, has held his current position with the New York-based investment services firm for more than a decade. Thanks to Raymond’s seasoned leadership, Stifel has enjoyed unprecedented success in the field, earning the designation of International Financing Review’s 2021 U.S. Market-Equity House of the Year. Raymond first joined Stifel when the company acquired his previous employer, Thomas Weisel, where he had served as Co-Head of Investment Banking for six years.

Raymond began his career as an Analyst with Alex, Brown & Sons, going on to work as Co-Head of Software Investment Banking at JPMorgan and a Principal at Morgan Stanley, specializing in technology mergers and acquisitions. He currently serves on the board of the PowHerful Foundation and is a trustee of his alma mater, the Westminster School. Raymond holds a Bachelor’s in History from Harvard University and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley’s Haas School of Business.

 

15. Greg Ward, Macquarie Group
Title: Head of Banking and Financial Services Group

One of the top figures in the investment banking world, Greg Ward is the Head of the Banking and Financial Services Group for Australian financial services giant Macquarie Group. He is also a longstanding Member of the company’s Executive Committee. First joining the company at its public listing twenty-six years ago, Ward brings nearly three decades of finance experience to the firm, having earlier worked as Macquarie’s Chief Financial Officer for fourteen years. His masterful leadership has led to dramatic growth in his company’s retail financial services business.

In addition to his duties with his company, Ward sits on the boards of his alma mater, Macquarie University, and the Macquarie Group Foundation. A lifelong philanthropist and patron of the arts, Ward is Chairman of the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra and has been a member of the board of UNICEF Australia for more than seven years. Ward holds a degree in Economics from Macquarie University.

 

16. James E. Bunn, Raymond James
Title: President, Global Equities and Investment Banking

An inspirational figure in the investment banking world with a thorough history of leadership excellence, James E. Bunn is President of Global Equities and Investment Banking for Florida-based financial firm Raymond James. Bunn is widely seen as an expert in all matters M&A, private capital raise, and public offerings. He began his tenure at Raymond James after it acquired his previous employer, Lane, Berry & Co., in 2009, starting as Co-Head of Technology Services Investment Banking before climbing the ladder to become Head of Investment Banking. He was named to his current position nearly five years ago.

Bunn cut his teeth in financial leadership as an Associate and Vice President of Investment Banking at Citi before going on to hold a directorship at Lane, Berry & Co. Among the honors to Bunn’s name are his place on Investment Dealers’ Digest’s “Forty Under Forty” list and being named M&A Dealmaker of the Year by M&A Advisor in 2013. Bunn holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan’s Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

 

17. Derek Neldner, RBC Capital Markets
Title: Chief Executive Officer and Group Head

Derek Neldner is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Group Head for RBC Capital Markets. As a member of RBC’s Group Executive and its Capital Markets Operating Committee, Neldner oversees the firm’s global investments and business activities. Building on an impressive career in M&A and equity financing, Neldner has spearheaded many of RBC’s recent achievements, including its ongoing aggressive hunt to increase its skilled employee base.

Neldner has been with RBC for 27 years, joining in 1995 as an Investment Banker. He swiftly rose through the ranks, serving as the Managing Director of increasingly large regions before being named Head of Global Investment Banking. He assumed his current role in 2019. An active philanthropist, Neldner serves on the board of the SickKids Foundation and has led major campaigns for the United Way. Derek earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

 

18. David Miller, Credit Suisse
Title: Global Head of Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory

David Miller is currently Credit Suisse’s Global Head of Banking, Capital Markets, and Advisory. He has also served as the bank’s Managing Director in the Global Markets division, Global Head of Credit, Head of Global Credit Products, and Co-Head of Global Markets, Americas. Among his executive responsibilities, Miller leads the firm’s capital markets and advisory businesses in leveraged and advisory finance, M&A, and debt and equity capital markets.

Prior to his current position, Miller worked as the Global Head of Leveraged Finance Capital Markets and the Co-Head of Syndicated Loan Capital Markets in the U.S. market. He also distinguished himself in his work with the Wind Down Organization and leveraged finance underwriting portfolios. He first joined Credit Suisse after its merger with his previous employer, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Miller earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Cornell University.

 

19. Robert Karofsky, UBS
Title: President of the Investment Bank

Robert Karofsky is the President of the Investment Bank for UBS. Karofsky was Co-President of the Investment Bank with Piero Novelli from September 2018 to March 2021, when Novelli stepped down to pursue other opportunities. Together, Karofsky and Novelli successfully reshaped the Investment Bank, realigning efforts around clients’ evolving needs, focusing resources on opportunities for profitable growth, and reinvesting in the bank’s digital transformation. They also deepened the Investment Bank’s partnership with Global Wealth Management and Asset Management. With his markets experience, Karofsky found great success in his leadership of the bank’s digital transformation.

Karofsky joined UBS in 2014 as Global Head of Equities and has been President, UBS Securities LLC, since 2015. From 2011 to 2014, he was Global Head of Equity Trading at AllianceBernstein. He began his career at Morgan Stanley in 1994 and joined Deutsche Bank as Head of North American Equities in 2005, later taking over as Co-Head of Global Equities from 2008 to 2010. Karofsky holds a Bachelor’s in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Statistics from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.

 

20. Greg Guyett, HSBC
Title: Co-Chief Executive Officer, Global Banking & Markets

Greg Guyett has been Co-Chief Executive Officer of Global Banking & Markets for HSBC since March 2020. He joined HSBC in October 2018 as Head of Global Banking. He is also a member of the Group Executive Committee. In January of this year, it was announced that Guyett would take sole charge of the investment bank in March as his co-head, Georges Elhedery, takes a six-month sabbatical.

Prior to joining HSBC, Guyett was President and Chief Operating Officer of East West Bank. He began his career at J.P. Morgan & Co. in 1985 as an Investment Banker in the Real Estate Banking Group, where he went on to hold a number of leadership positions including Head of Investment Banking for Asia Pacific as well as Co-Head of Banking for the region. He was responsible for investment banking coverage, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets across 13 countries. From 2013 to 2014, Guyett was J.P. Morgan’s Chief Executive Officer for Greater China, based in Shanghai. He also served as Chief Executive Officer for J.P. Morgan’s Global Corporate Bank, based in London, responsible for corporate banking coverage and infrastructure in more than 30 countries. Guyett holds a Bachelor’s in Art and Archaeology from Princeton University.

 

21. Georges Elhedery, HSBC
Title: Co-Chief Executive Officer, Global Banking & Markets

Georges Elhedery was appointed Co-Chief Executive Officer of Global Banking & Markets in March 2020. He is also head of the Markets & Securities Services division of the business. Elhedery is responsible for the strategic direction of the business, which operates in more than 55 countries and territories and serves clients across HSBC Group. He is a member of the Group Executive Committee alongside his Co-CEO, Greg Guyett.

Elhedery joined HSBC in 2005 as a Senior Global Markets Executive with extensive trading experience in London, Paris, and Tokyo. He later moved to Dubai and served as Regional Head of Global Markets, Middle East and North Africa (MENA); then as Head of Global Banking & Markets, MENA; and later as CEO for HSBC, Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey. More recently, he served as Head of Global Markets based in London.

Elhedery holds a degree in Engineering from the École Polytechnique in Paris, France, as well as a postgraduate degree in Statistics and Economics from the École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique (ENSAE). He will begin a six-month sabbatical in March to "spend time with his family in various parts of the world as well as explore a number of personal interests," according to a January HSBC memo.

 

22. Roman Dubczak, CIBC
Title: Managing Director and Head of Global Investment Banking

As Managing Director and Head of Global Investment Banking for CIBC, Roman Dubczak is responsible for all capital markets financing and advisory activities for the bank. He is a member of CIBC’s Operating Committee, the Capital Markets Executive Committee, and a board member of CIBC World Markets, Inc.

Dubczak joined CIBC in 1992 and has worked in a variety of capital markets roles. He was previously responsible for CIBC’s Global Equities, Equity Capital Markets, and Corporate Debt Origination franchises. Prior to joining CIBC, Dubczak had roles in corporate development, portfolio management, and assurance. He is a board member and former Chair of the St. Joseph’s Health Centre Foundation, the CIBC Children’s Foundation, and the Fraser Institute, and is a former Chair of the Investment Industry Association of Canada. Dubczak holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto (St. Michael’s College) and a Master of Business Administration from the Schulich School of Business, as well as CA, CPA, CFA, and ICD.D designations.

 

23. Chris Kanoff, Jefferies Group
Title: Global Head of Investment Banking

Chris Kanoff is the Global Head of Investment Banking for Jefferies Group. A 30-year veteran of the firm, he took over the role after Ben Lorello retired in 2020. Kanoff stresses the importance of a relationship approach rather than a transactional one, and this has characterized his whole time at Jefferies.

Kanoff has helped Jefferies build groups like healthcare, consumer, industrials, technology, and FIG (Financial Institutions Group) and then gone into each of those to build sub-sector coverage. He started out in leveraged finance in the 1980s at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Since 2011, he has been a Board Member of the Jefferies Family Scholarship, which assists and supports the children of Jefferies Group employees in the pursuit of their academic goals, and was appointed Co-Chair of the scholarship in 2011 as well. Kanoff is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the Graduate School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles.

 

24. Fabrizio Campelli, Deutsche Bank
Title: Head of Corporate Bank and Investment Bank

Since May 2021, Fabrizio Campelli has been responsible for the Corporate Bank and Investment Bank for Deutsche Bank. He joined the Management Board in November 2019 as Chief Transformation Officer, responsible for Transformation and Human Resources. In August 2021, he took on more responsibility at Management Board level for Deutsche Bank in the U.K. and Ireland (UKI).

Previously, Campelli was the Global Head of Deutsche Bank Wealth Management for four years. Prior to that, he was Head of Strategy & Organizational Development, Deputy Chief Operating Officer for Deutsche Bank Group, and a member of the Group Executive Committee of Deutsche Bank. He joined Deutsche Bank in 2004 after working at McKinsey & Company in the firm’s London and Milan offices, focusing on strategic assignments mainly for global financial institutions. Campelli earned a Master of Business Administration from MIT Sloan School of Management and a Business Administration degree from Bocconi University.

 

25. James Baker, Piper Sandler (tie)
Title: Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets

James Baker is the Global Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets, Co-Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Council, and a member of the leadership team of Piper Sandler. Baker joined the firm in 2001. Prior to assuming his current role in 2018, he served as Co-Head of Energy Investment Banking for Simmons Energy | A Division of Piper Sandler℠. He joined Simmons in 2001 to help grow the firm’s midstream/downstream platform and was later promoted to lead the midstream/downstream group and manage the upstream group, as well as serve on the Simmons’ board and management committee.

Before joining Piper Sandler, Baker was a Director and Chief Financial Officer at Koch Industries and led corporate finance and corporate development for Koch’s energy businesses. Subsequently, he was a Director for Alton Geoscience, consulting for refining and marketing companies on the West Coast. He is also a member of the advisory board of the Posse Foundation, Houston chapter. Baker earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Colorado College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin.

Title: Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets

Mike Dillahunt has served as the Global Co-Head of Investment Banking and Capital Markets for Piper Sandler since March 2021 and is also a member of the leadership team. Dillahunt has 27 years of advisory experience and has worked on more than 100 transactions over the course of his career. He was Co-Head of Piper Sandler’s Diversified Industrials and Services (DIS) group from 2011 to 2020, and most recently served as Vice Chairman of Investment Banking and Chairman of M&A and Private Equity Coverage for the firm.

Prior to joining Piper Sandler in 1998, Dillahunt was an M&A and corporate attorney at Milbank LLP, working in both New York and London. He received a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a Math Emphasis magna cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Dillahunt graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Wisconsin Law School and received the Daniel B. Grady Award, which is awarded to the highest-ranking student in the graduating class.
